Job Role: Associate Director HRBP Location: VadodaraShift: 3PM – 12AM ISTCompany’s LinkedIn Website:Responsibilities:Partner with business leaders to understand objectives and challenges, developing HR strategies and solutions focusing on talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement aligned with business goals.Provide expert HR guidance on performance management, employee relations, talent development, and organizational design.Lead HR initiatives like workforce planning, succession planning, change management, and diversity and inclusion programs.Lead the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met.Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.Provide catalytic support to enable business transformation. Work with business/function leaders to spot opportunities for organizational development, which will accelerate the delivery of business strategy.Interface with various levels within the organization to develop and lead training initiatives on a broad range of HR-related topics.Gather and analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and priorities, particularly in the areas of performance management, talent development, and workforce planning.Advise and train managers and supervisors in best employee relations practices and strategies for managing supervisory problems and employee grievances. Develop further training as needed.Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with the legal department as needed/required.Required Skills/Abilities:MBA or equivalent qualification with 13+ years of relevant experience.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong interpersonal skills for fostering positive relationships.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details.Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies driving organizational performance and employee engagement.About Ascendion:Ascendion is an ally for enterprise digital innovation.
