Join our dynamic team at Strateena, a leader in innovative financial solutions. We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Technical Architect specializing in Financial Services Cloud to drive our Salesforce initiatives and architect solutions that enhance our business processes.
Key Responsibilities: - Technical Architect
Architectural Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions that align with business objectives.
Sales & Marketing Integration: Oversee the integration of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, ensuring seamless collaboration between sales and marketing efforts.
Data Modelling & Mapping: Design robust data models and perform complex data mapping to support business processes and analytics.
Custom Development: Develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, ensuring best practices in coding standards, security, and performance.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Innovation & Best Practices: Stay current with Salesforce updates and industry best practices to continually improve our Salesforce environment.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce architecture with a focus on Financial Services Cloud.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
Expert knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
Strong understanding of data modelling, data mapping, and integration patterns.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
Certifications: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or relevant certifications preferred.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead Developer
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Solution Development: Design and implement custom solutions in Salesforce FSC using Apex and LWC.
Data Management: Perform data mapping and ensure data integrity across systems.
Technical Collaboration: Work closely with architects and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest Salesforce technologies and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce development experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
Strong knowledge of data mapping and integration techniques.
Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications are a plus.
Key Responsibilities: - Developer
Custom Development: Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
FSC Implementation: Work on implementing and enhancing features within Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
Collaborative Projects: Participate in requirement gathering sessions and contribute to solution design.
Data Integration: Assist in data migration and integration efforts between Salesforce and other systems.
Quality Assurance: Write and execute test classes to ensure code quality and coverage.
Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Salesforce applications.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce development.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
Familiarity with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is preferred.
Understanding of Salesforce APIs and integration patterns.
Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is desirable.
Soft Skills:
