- Manage Direct & Indirect Taxation (GST, Income Tax).- Handle Labour Laws compliance, Return Filings, MCA filings, resolutions, Assessments etc.- Ensure timely statutory compliance and support audits, reply of notices and attend hearings.- Provide tax planning, advisory, and risk management support.- Dealing with commercial tax departments and consultants/auditors for tax audit, statutory audit and other reviews- Provide Tax related advisory on business transactions, vendor/customers contracts, and new business models- Prepare and review monthly and annual tax provisions and tax disclosures in financial statementsQualifications:- Semi-qualified CA / CS / Accounts & Finance.- Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, Labour Laws & Corporate Compliance.- Hands-on experience in return filings, assessments & regulatory submissions
