Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Planning and Layouts:

Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and other professionals to finalize designs and plan layouts.
Conduct site surveys to gather relevant data for planning purposes.
2. Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all site planning activities adhere to local zoning laws, environmental regulations, and building codes.
Assist in the submission of permits and applications required for site development.
3. Project Coordination:
Support the site planning team in coordinating the progress of ongoing real estate projects.
Prepare project schedules and assist in the monitoring of timelines and deliverables.
Liaise with various departments such as construction, legal, and marketing to ensure smooth project execution.
4. Feasibility Studies:
Conduct site assessments to evaluate feasibility for new developments.
Analyze market trends and provide insights to ensure the project’s alignment with market demands.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of planning documents, site drawings, and project status reports.
Prepare reports on site development progress, challenges, and opportunities for senior management.
Assist in the preparation of presentation materials for stakeholders.
6. Vendor and Stakeholder Interaction:
Communicate with external consultants, contractors, and local authorities to resolve site planning issues.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration throughout the project.
7. Cost and Budget Management:
Assist in estimating project costs, including site preparation, utilities, landscaping, and infrastructure.
Help monitor and control the budget for the site planning phase, ensuring cost efficiency.
8. Risk Management:
Identify and report potential risks related to site planning, and suggest mitigation strategies.
Assist in conducting site safety assessments.
9. Research and Market Analysis:
