We’re seeking a Healthcare Solutions Analyst with a strong technical foundation and an 
understanding of healthcare or SaaS solutions. workflow setup, and release quality validation. and are motivated by improving healthcare outcomes through digital solutions — this role

Develop deep product knowledge, including modules, configuration options, 
Translate client requirements into solution configurations, ensuring accuracy and 
Review and validate workflows, notifications, and data flows for correctness and 
Work with raw data (SQL queries, JSON, and flat files) to create views and validate 
Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, known issues, and release 
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). 
• 1–3 years of work experience as a configuration specialist, or 
Strong technical aptitude with working knowledge of JSON, SQL server. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 
(or equivalent practical experience). 

Experience with healthcare, Medicaid, or community health solutions. 
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7, CCDA). 
• Prior experience working with US-based clients or healthcare organizations.
