Our General Partner Services team helps general partners structure and establish funds and raise capital from institutions worldwide. We have expertise in the secondary sale and restructuring of fund assets. Advisory We provide discreet and independent advice to help our clients achieve their goals, leveraging our buyside experience to bring a deep understanding of the motivations of investors. Our Corporate Finance team advises corporates, management teams and shareholders on capital raising, mergers and acquisitions and other specialist transactions. We have particular expertise in the secondary sale and restructuring of fund assets. Profile: Process Specialist Key Responsibilities: • Accounts Payable o Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner. o Verify invoice details and reconcile discrepancies. o Prepare and process payments to vendors and maintain vendor records and resolve payment issues. • Accounts Receivable: o Generate customer invoices and statements. o Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer balances. o Maintain customer records and address billing inquiries. • General Ledger: o Record financial transactions in the general ledger system and reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data. o Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures and prepare journal entries as needed. • Financial Reporting: o Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. o Compile and analyze financial data to identify trends and variances. o Generate ad-hoc financial reports as requested. • Process Improvement: o Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies. o Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow. • Compliance and Audit: o Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures. o Assist in internal and external audit processes. o Provide necessary documentation and support during audits. • Documentation and Record Keeping: o Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation. o Archive financial records in accordance with retention policies. Skills and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field with 3-4 years of experience. • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Prior experience in a finance or accounting role is preferred. Working Conditions: • Typically works in an office environment. • May require occasional overtime during month-end or year-end close. • May involve handling sensitive financial information
