Ensure timely filings with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Registrar of Companies (ROC), and other regulatory bodies. Support in preparation and submission of annual returns, financial statements, and other secretarial documents. Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders including auditors, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities. Monitor compliance with SEBI, Stock Exchange, and other applicable laws (if the unit is listed). Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements. Stay updated on changes in corporate laws and regulations and ensure timely implementation. Qualification & Experience: Qualified Company Secretary (CS) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Additional degrees such as LLB or B.Com will be an advantage. Experience: 0 to 2 years of post-qualification experience. Freshers who have completed their training/internship and are well-versed with compliance and secretarial practices.
