Responsibilities:Lead and manage complex technical projects from initiation through execution to closure, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products/services that meet requirementsDevelop comprehensive project plans defining scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, risks, resources, and budgetsAllocate and coordinate project resources including cross-functional teams, vendors, and subject matter expertsImplement project management methodologies, best practices, and processes to track progress against plansIdentify, analyze, mitigate, and manage project risks, issues, and changes through contingency planningEstablish and monitor project performance metrics, key milestones, and deliverablesLead project meetings and facilitate effective communications across stakeholders and teamsManage project budgets and ensure costs adhere to financial boundaries and constraintsProvide expertise and oversight on technical workstreams and integrationsMentor and provide leadership to project teams to build high-performing, collaborative environmentsCompile project reports and deliver executive presentations summarizing status and resultsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or MCA, MSc (CS) and related technical field8+ years of experience in technical project management for large, complex initiativesDeep understanding of software development life cycles (SDLCs), engineering processes and systemsProven success leading cross-functional, geographically distributed teamsStrong project management skills with expertise in methodologies like Agile, WaterfallExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilitiesOutstanding organizational, multitasking, and time management skillsExceptional oral/written communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency with project management tools and reporting applications
