Job Description:
Antler Technologies is seeking an experienced and talented Design Head to lead our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire design process, ensuring quality and consistency, and liaising with clients to bring their visions to life. This role is perfect for a design professional with a sharp eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a knack for delivering high-quality results on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Quality Control (QC): Ensure that all design outputs meet Antler Technologies’ quality standards and client expectations.
Client Handling: Directly interact with clients to understand their requirements, provide updates, and gather feedback, ensuring excellent client satisfaction.
Project Leadership: Manage multiple design projects, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
Creative Direction: Lead brainstorming sessions, guide design strategy, and support team members in developing innovative, effective designs.
Skills and Qualifications:
Design Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design), Canva, and Figma.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and handle client inquiries professionally.
Team Management: Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in design or creative leadership.
