Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect at Vertical Living in Chennai. The Architect will be responsible for architectural design.
Qualifications
- Architecture and Architectural Design skills
- Should have expertise in designing
- Strong knowledge of Building designs
- Experience in creating plan-based on guidelines from CMDA/DTCP ,
- Experience in creating elevation and structural drawings
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Should be able to design Using CAD software to create detailed drawings and renderings, and iterate designs based on client requirements
- Should know about Compliance, Ensuring that designs comply with relevant building codes and legislation
