With a vision to be India’s trusted cloud ecosystem partner, ZeaCloud is expanding its team to support its aggressive growth ambition.About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic professional with a strong background in cloud solutions pre-sales who can bridge technology and business needs. This role will start with solution consulting and pre-sales responsibilities but is designed to grow into full product ownership for ZeaCloud’s portfolio of services (IaaS, BaaS, DRaaS, Hybrid & Edge Cloud).Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand ZeaCloud’s cloud architecture and services in depth and map them to customer use cases.Support sales team in solution positioning, proposals, demos, and RFP responses.Gather customer insights, pain points, and feedback and translate them into product improvement ideas.Work with technical teams to shape offerings and document solution architectures.Assist leadership in defining service packages, pricing models, and competitive positioning.Create clear customer-facing and internal documentation (presentations, datasheets, FAQs).Over time, evolve into managing product roadmap, feature prioritization, and go-to-market strategy.What We’re Looking For3–6 years of experience in cloud pre-sales / solution consulting (IaaS, backup, DR, virtualization, or managed services).Strong technical grounding in cloud platforms, virtualization, and IT infrastructure.Good commercial understanding of pricing models, deal structuring, and value articulation.Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.Analytical mindset with ability to align customer needs to business strategy.Curiosity and drive to grow into a full product management role.Nice to HaveExposure to CloudStack, VMware, or OpenStack-based cloud platforms.Thorough understanding of backup and cross-platform replication technologiesKnowledge of IT security and compliance requirements.Prior experience in creating solution or service bundles.Why Join UsAt ZeaCloud, you’ll be at the intersection of technology, business, and innovation .
