Domnic Lewis has been mandated to hire for an " Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager (HRBP)" for one of the Healthcare and IT services based company for Bangalore Location


Experience : 7+ years into an HRBP/HR Generalist role (Involving all HR related activities )

Work Mode : Hybrid (6 Days working with 4 Days Office and 2 Days Work from home)

Qualifications : MBA from a reputed University/ Institute.

Location : Bangalore, Karnataka (People from in and around Bangalore preferred only )



Job Description:

  • Assist the Head of HR in developing and implementing policies and processes aligned with the organization's objectives.
  • Plan resources according to the company's business objectives and support the recruitment process and all HR related Activities starting from Onboarding to Exit, end to end operations, LND, Payroll processing and Grievance handling.
  • Coordinate with line managers and senior staff to develop and execute orientation programs for new managers and above.
  • Manage the entire employee life cycle from onboarding to exit.
  • Coordinate and implement Key Result Areas (KRAs) for all applicable positions and oversee the complete performance management process in collaboration with the Head of HR.
  • Address employee grievances and ensure timely resolution within the stipulated timeframe.
  • Prepare HR inputs for payroll on a monthly basis and collaborate with all departments to finalize the payroll cycle.
  • Update audit-related documents as per PIMS and ISMS requirements.
  • Manage vendor relationships and conduct evaluations.
  • Develop a comprehensive employee engagement program for the year and ensure its successful implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and update processes and policies accordingly.
  • Support Head of HR in Learning and Development (L&D) initiatives.
  • Manage and develop HR team members.
  • Generate necessary reports and dashboards as per business requirements and share them monthly with relevant stakeholders.
  • Responsible for personnel file management and other HR-related documentation.
  • Propose new and innovative HR solutions for business improvement.


Job Specifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in HR
