Brillio is looking for a Senior Product Designer who can take projects from concept to delivery — balancing user needs, business goals, and brand expression.If you love designing end-to-end experiences, enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, and are excited about how AI is reshaping product design , we’d love to meet you.What You’ll DoLead UX, interaction, and visual design work across product initiativesTranslate research and insights into flows, wireframes, and polished UIContribute to and evolve scalable design systemsDesign and prototype AI-enhanced experiencesCreate interactive prototypes and support usability testingPresent designs to clients and internal teams with clear storytellingCollaborate with engineers, PMs, researchers, and other designersContinuously iterate, seek feedback, and elevate design qualityMentor junior designers and support design pitches for new business️ Your Core SkillsExpert in Figma (design systems, prototyping, generative tools like Figma Make)Strong in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) with familiarity in FireflySolid foundation in user-centered design, interaction design, and usabilityExperience designing for AI-driven experiencesKnowledge of accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, and IAAbility to prototype, test, and iterate quicklyStrong visual craft, storytelling, and communicationBonus: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for collaboration with dev teamsSoft Skills & Ways of WorkingStrong client communication and relationship-buildingBusiness awareness and problem-solving mindsetComfort with ambiguity, fast iteration, and adaptabilityEffective time management and cross-functional collaborationAbility to guide juniors and contribute to studio cultureExperience & Qualifications4–6 years of experience designing digital productsDegree in Design, HCI, or related field — or an exceptional portfolioA strong, curated online portfolio is mandatoryInterested?
