Private markets clients include institutional investors, private markets funds, asset and wealth managers as well as alternative credit investors.We also support investment banks and advisors across M&A, ECM, DCM and Sales/Trading and Research and provide client centricity and competition benchmarking servicesOur work is mix of ongoing retained outsourced analysts agreement or exciting front office equivalent ad-hoc projects/engagement; whatever is the nature of work, being a boutique firm we expect and only hire top 10% candidates defined by a mix of attributesOur financial services clients consider us provider of choice for small to mid-size dedicated outsourcing needs where a “Think and Execute” DNA is required. ​​​Analyst / Associate / Senior Associate: Investment and Financial Research ServicesAnalysts to Senior Associates work on financial / investment research projects with responsibilities that may include (but not be limited to):•Support public and private markets buy side clients such as private equity and debt funds, family offices, institutional investors and others across functions and tasksInvestor relations, deal screening, investment summaries and memos, sector and company analysis, financial modelling / due diligence as bale as advanced portfolio value creation tasks•Support investment banking clients with pitch books, information memorandums, target identification, financial modelling, trading and transaction comps, industry research•Support sell / buy side equity and credit research clients in initiating coverage, annual / quarterly maintenance of models and reports, sector studies and various thematic reports•Take full responsibility of end-to-end execution of projects with low levels of supervision required (although experienced team managers are always available for guidance)•Conduct thorough self-review of all work and be able to clearly communicate about the structure and content of deliverables internally and externallySenior Associates are expected to manage multiple team members while being individual contributors and engagements and contribute significantly to firm building activities and typically have 5+ years of progressive, top quality experience with demonstrable skill sets in most work streams relatable to investment banking and public/private markets investment analysts. Senior Associates are eventually expected to manage 5 to 8 Analysts and Associates and multiple clients engagementsAssociates typically have 3+ years of experience and will manage 3 to 5 team members directly or supported by supervisors. Analysts have zero to three years experience supported by strong education, internships and exposuresRequired skillset and characteristics•Exceptional developed and demonstrable research, analytical, financial modeling and presentation/story telling skills for Associates and Senior Associates and equivalent tested aptitude for Analysts and Interns• Multi taskers, hard working attitude suitable to professional services environment especially for small and growing firmsRequired background:• Top-tier education and academic performance is essential to these roles• Relevant experience in a KPO, boutique local investment banks, captive CoEs of investment banks and asset managers, consulting firms and equivalent for Associates and Senior AssociatesAssociates are also hired as fresh Masters/MBAs from Tier 1/equivalent institutes in India or top Masters in Finance or equivalent programs approad such as LSE, HEC, ESSEC, ESADE, IE and other US/European and international schoolsCFA Level 2 is desired for Associates and onwardsHighly entrepreneurial, no-nonsense, non-bureaucratic, and inquisitive mindsetHigh ownership, bias to action, and the ability to inspire others.ContactIf you have the qualification, experience, and passion for the role mentioned above, please apply here and/or send your CV and Cover Letter to RequirementsOnly Mumbai based candidates or those that are willing to relocate will be consideredShort term or part term agreement for 2026 MBA / Post Graduate Degree participants is possible
