We’re looking for a passionate and hands-on Product Manager to join our fast-growing team. If you're someone who thrives in early-stage chaos, enjoys building products from scratch, and has a deep understanding of user behavior and product analytics — this is for you. As a Product Manager at Beep, you will be responsible for leading a team of Associate product managers and driving the strategy, execution, and delivery of key product initiatives. Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and collaboration. Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis and stay informed of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to ensure Beep's product offerings remain competitive and cutting-edge. Execution & Delivery: Oversee the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of new features, enhancements, and product launches. Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics and metrics to make informed product decisions, monitor product performance, and identify areas for improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design and engineering teams to define product specifications, prioritize features, and ensure a seamless user experience. 3+ years of experience in product management, with at least 1+ years in a leadership or managerial role. ~ Proven track record of successfully launching and managing SaaS products, preferably in the HR technology or enterprise software space. ~ Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring product managers. ~ Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. ~ Passionate about technology, product innovation, and creating world-class user experiences.
