Planning EngineerExperience - 5 yrsLocation - Vapi, SilvassaMinimum 3-5 yrs Experience in Real estate industry is a mustThe position is responsible for project planning, scheduling and tracking of the project on a periodic basis through weekly and monthly progress reports based on inputs from the HOD Engineering.Duties and Responsibilities1. PlanningThe position is responsible to plan resources as per the agreed schedule. Understand the schedule baseline Understand the important milestones Help in planning resources for the activities – drawings, material, manpower, contractors Coordinates with the concerned departments - Design, Procurement, Contract, Stores2. Coordination for ExecutionThe position will coordinate with all the concerned departments with regards to execution of eachstage by Providing approved schedule to site team and explain the details on critical paths andactivities Providing specific information on schedule in terms of lead/lag (plan v/s actual) by visitingsite as per requirements to check & verifying actual site progress3. TrackingThe position will be responsible to monitor & track site activities, for all sites, through their daily progress report with regards to their respective master bar chart, especially activities such as: Receipt of drawings Raising Material Requests (M. R) Receipt of P. O and W. O Prepare and submit stage wise tracing report to the concerned site team, P. M., HOD &Directors while maintaining records for all revisions.4. ReportsThe incumbent is responsible to prepare & submit various reports on periodical basis as perrequirement, mainly Monthly progress reports Monthly/Quarterly Data for estimation department so as to prepare cash flow reports Costing report (plan v/s actual) as required5. Risk ManagementBased on the progress of the project the position will proactively help To identify, highlight and prepare for risks Immediately report risks to higher authorities Ensure project & operation risk are clearly recorded after identification and effectivemanagement6. Manpower/Resource ManagementThe position will assist the Project Manager To raise requirement of manpower while following standard procedure To monitor adequacy of manpower to achieve project schedule & in case of discrepancyintimate the concerned P. M
