Job Title: Motion Graphic Designer (with 2 D Graphic Design Expertise) Location: Andheri East (Marol) Job Type: Full-time Days of working- 5 (Sat& Sun fixed off) Role Overview: We’re looking for a Motion Graphic Designer with a sharp eye for design, a strong grasp of visual storytelling, and a hunger to learn and grow. You’ll support our creative team in bringing ideas to life across digital, social, and print platforms. The ideal candidate has a solid design foundation, is eager to build on their skills, and brings a positive, collaborative energy to the table. Key Responsibilities: Develop and produce 2 D motion graphics and animations for videos, social media, advertisements, presentations, and websites. Design eye-catching 2 D static graphics, including banners, posters, infographics, social media posts, and marketing collateral. Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project objectives and deliver creative solutions. Edit and enhance video content to integrate motion graphics smoothly. Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all visual materials. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality. Stay updated on design trends, animation techniques, and industry tools to continuously improve content quality. Qualifications: Proven experience (1+ years preferred) as a Motion Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and 2 D design work. Proficiency in motion graphics and design software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Premiere Pro or similar. Solid understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and layout design. Strong creative vision with attention to detail and ability to bring ideas to life visually. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines. What We're Looking For: - 6 months+ experience in a graphic design role (agency experience is a plus) - A solid portfolio showcasing creative thinking and execution across digital or print - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design); Figma or Canva is a bonus - Good understanding of typography, layout, and color theory - Basic knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects) is a plus, not a must - A collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for detail - Willingness to learn, take initiative, and push your creative limits Nice-to-Have- - Exposure to or interest in generative AI tools like Mid Journey, Firefly, Chatgpt etc. - Some familiarity with Branding design and Pitches - An understanding of basic production processes (for print/digital outputs)
