Medilenz Services is a leading company in Bengaluru that specializes in assisting attorneys, insurance companies, and medical professionals with medical summaries for personal injury, medical malpractice, and mass tort cases. Our proprietary AI-powered software developed in-house, allows us to produce organized and concise summaries.
We offer a wide range of services to our clients, including medical chronologies, demand letters, life care plans, medical cost projections, medical expert opinions, nursing home reviews, and more. Our experts are available to review materials, consult with attorneys, and prepare written reports.
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for BDS/ MDS/BHMS/BAMS/BUMS/BPT/BSc (Nursing)/ B Pharma/ M Pharma/ Pharm D/- freshers and experienced candidates in the Medical Record Review field.
The role entails reviewing medical records, analyzing critical events in personal injury, medical malpractice, and mass tort cases, and preparing detailed summaries.
The successful candidates will collaborate with attorneys, insurance companies, and medical professionals to ensure accurate and comprehensive reports are delivered in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications:
BDS/ MDS/ BHMS/ BAMS/ BUMS/ BPT/ BSc (Nursing) /MSc (Nursing) / B Pharma /M Pharma /Pharm D and any life science graduates with strong medical knowledge
Required Skill:
• Strong knowledge and understanding of medical records and terminology
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and summarizing medical information
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in using medical software and technology
• Previous experience in medical review or related fields is preferred
• Fluency in English is compulsory
• Proficient in MS Office applications
Special Note:
Only candidates with experience in Medical summarization, such as indexing, chronology, demand letters, LCP, and more, will be considered as experienced. Candidates with experience in clinical and other fields will be considered as freshers.
For freshers, we will provide 6 months of training along with a Stipend. This is non-clinical system-based work (reviewing patients’ records).
