Position Overview: We are looking for a talented Python Developer with 2–5 years of experience to join our development team. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers and product professionals to design, implement, and optimize backend services that power innovative, cloud-driven, and AI-enabled applications. Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and middleware components using Python . Collaborate closely with frontend engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver reliable and high-quality software. Optimize system performance, scalability, and maintainability. Build and manage integrations with third-party services, databases, and internal systems. Conduct code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of coding standards. 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Python development , with a focus on backend and middleware systems. ~ Strong understanding of cloud platforms (preferably AWS ) — including services like EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS . ~ Experience with serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, API Gateway). ~ Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) and experience integrating them into backend workflows. ~ Familiarity with DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation). ~ Experience working with microservice architectures . ~ Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB . ~ Solid understanding of software development methodologies and Agile practices . ~ Competitive salary and benefits package.
