Position: Category Manager – D2C (Growth & Operations)Location:Sector 27, Gurgaon - 6 days work from office (On-site)Employment Type:Full-TimeCTC:As per experience (Budget: ₹10–12 LPA)About the RoleDivine Hindu is seeking astrong, analytical Category Managerwho can take full ownership of product performance, pricing, demand planning, and growth across all sales channels.We need someone who hasscaled a vertical end-to-endin a D2C or FMCG brand — managing everything from listings, pricing, inventory, margins, demand forecasting, competitor analysis, and revenue growth.This role goes beyond routine operations — it demands someone who isexcellent with numbers, strategy, coordination, and execution .Key ResponsibilitiesOwn category P&L: revenue, margins, pricing, and profitabilityManage product listings, catalog updates, and content accuracyRun offers, seasonal plans, and promotion calendarsConduct competitor benchmarking, pricing strategy, and assortment planningAnalyze daily/weekly sales performance and identify growth opportunitiesCoordinate with supply chain to maintain optimum inventory levelsReduce cancellations, returns, and operational leakagesEnsure consistent product availability and forecasting accuracyCollaborate with marketing, creative, logistics, and finance teams to support category goalsPrepare dashboards and insights to guide decision-makingPerformance MetricsRevenue & GMV growthContribution margin & profitabilityInventory health (DOS, availability, ageing)Return rate / defectsConversion improvementPricing competitiveness & assortment depthRequirements2–4 years of experienceas a Category Manager or Growth Manager in a D2C or FMCG brandMust beextremely strong with numbers, Excel/Google Sheets, forecasting, and dashboardsAbility to analyze data, identify patterns, and implement decisions quicklyStrong coordination skills across supply chain, performance marketing, and creative teamsDeep understanding of product life cycles, pricing logic, and consumer buying patternsHigh ownership, proactive mindset, and ability to manage multiple moving partsGood to HaveExperience in wellness, beauty, spiritual, lifestyle, or personal care categoriesExposure to cataloging, inventory planning, bundling, and seasonal planningPrevious experience in a fast-growing startup environmentTo ApplyEmail your resume Line:Application – Category Manager (D2C) Include: Current CTC, Expected CTC & Notice Period
