Job Overview:
As a Graduate Mechanical Engineer in our Sales Development Team, you will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities with OEMs. You’ll leverage technical knowledge and communication skills to engage with procurement functions, highlight CT Automotive’s competitive advantages, and secure Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Quotes (RFQs).
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
• Undergo a comprehensive training program to understand CT Automotive’s products, unique selling points, and market advantages.
• Engage with OEM procurement teams via well-crafted emails and other communications to present CT Automotive’s value propositions.
• Work collaboratively within a global sales matrix to identify buyers for specific product ranges.
• Research and build relationships with OEM buyers for door panels, instrument panels (IPs), roof liners, HVACs, and other interior components.
• Generate RFIs and RFQs, with a focus on delivering cost-competitive and innovative solutions to OEMs.
• Collaborate with regional sales teams and transfer RFIs/RFQs for business closure.
