Role: Piping E3D Designer

Experience: 4-8 Years


Responsibilities:


  • Modelling of Equipment’s as per Vendor Data.
  • Modelling of symmetric piping for process unit which meets the process requirement and stress analysis.
  • Modelling of pipe routing and steam jacketed piping.
  • Modelling of pipe routing of Condenser Tanks, Coolers, Pumps and Heat exchanger.
  • Fixing the Piping for Tie in connection point.
  • Adding logical support and modelling physical supports for all pipes.
  • Generating GA drawing with annotation
  • Preparation of Material Take Off (Manual & from 3D Model)
  • Data consistency and Clash checking for piping.
  • Extracting pipe isometrics and checking of isometrics with latest P&ID, line list, piping layout and piping material specification.
  • Inter Department co-ordination with other departments.
  • Adding temporary structure such as platform and pipe rack at initial stage for civil team.
  • Structural input for detailed modelling of Tech Structures and Racks by structural department.
  • Generating the model in Navis work for review.
