Job Title: Academic R&D Specialist(sales)

Location: Work from Office

Package: Up to ₹10 LPA (Based on Experience)

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years of Teaching Experience

Joining: Immediate


Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Academic R&D Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality educational content and researching market needs. The role involves both instructional design and engaging with clients to pitch courses and close deals based on their specific requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct demo classes to showcase course effectiveness.

* Develop and prepare comprehensive educational content.

* Perform in-depth research on client needs and market demand.

* Visit clients, pitch courses, and explain the value of our offerings.

* Assess the client's seriousness about the product and understand their specific requirements.

* Close deals by aligning our course offerings with customer needs.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in any academic domain.

* Strong ability to create educational content.

* Experience in understanding customer needs and client interaction.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

* Proactive in closing deals and achieving targets.

* Ability to work from the office full-time.
