Job Summary: The Assistant Manager will support the management and administration of the Trust’s daily operations, HR functions, and maintenance of Trust properties. The role involves coordinating with departments to ensure smooth administrative functioning, assisting in government and legal liaison work, and supporting the financial and operational planning processes. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing assigned responsibilities while working closely with senior management to uphold the Trust’s mission and objectives. Assist in implementing the Trust’s goals, policies, and programs. Support general administration and day-to-day management activities. Coordinate with government departments and external agencies for property and legal matters. Support HR functions, including attendance monitoring, documentation, and employee coordination. Prepare reports, documentation, and communication for management review. Coordinate with finance and accounts teams for budget and expense tracking. Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, or a related field from a recognized institution. ~5 to 7 years of experience in administrative, HR, or operations management roles. ~ Experience in dealing with government departments or legal documentation preferred. ~ A consolidated salary in the range of ₹10 to ₹12 lakhs per annum , commensurate with qualifications, experience, and potential.
