Please find below the details: Job Responsibilities: E-commerce Shipping (Primary) Oversee forward shipments to ensure timely pickups and deliveries. Monitor daily shipment movement and resolve escalations such as delays, misroutes, and TAT breaches. Review NDR cases daily and work with Customer Support to improve successful delivery rates. Track RTO and return shipments, ensure closure and minimise losses. Courier Partner & Vendor Management Handle escalations with courier partners for false attempts, delivery issues, damaged/lost shipments, and claims. Conduct regular reviews on performance, cost, TAT adherence, and pickup quality. Maintain serviceability, pincode mapping, and allocation logic on the logistics platform. Shipping Tools & Allocation Logic Manage logistics systems (Shiprocket Direct / Eshipz / others). Optimise courier allocation rules for cost, TAT, and reliability. Coordinate with tech/ERP teams for sync issues and improvements. B2B & Export Shipping (Smaller but important part) Coordinate B2B/wholesale shipments with warehouse and transporters. Ensure documentation, packaging, and dispatch timelines are met. Support export shipments as the function grows. Costing & Analysis Analyse courier bills, freight costs, weight discrepancies, and claims. Suggest cost optimisations without compromising service quality. Team Leadership Supervise a shipping team of 3–4 members executing daily tasks. Ensure SOP adherence, training, task allocation, and performance tracking. Reporting Maintain daily/weekly reports on: Delivery performance NDR/RTO status Courier scorecards Cost metrics Exception shipments Skills/Competencies Required Strong hands-on experience in e-commerce shipping operations . Solid knowledge of NDR/RTO workflows and courier operations. Experience managing courier partners and resolving escalations. Good understanding of logistics tools, ERPs, and order flow. Proficiency in MS Office & Google Workspace ; strong spreadsheet/reporting skills. Team management capability with disciplined follow-up and communication.
