We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist with 3-4 years of hands-on experience who is passionate about using data to drive impactful business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to extract insights, build models, and inform strategic initiatives. If you have a knack for data wrangling, enjoy tackling complex data problems, and have a solid understanding of business intelligence (BI) tools, we’d love to meet you


Responsibilities:


• Data Cleaning & Transformation: Perform data massaging and cleaning to prepare large datasets for analysis. Ensure data integrity, consistency, and completeness.

• Data Analysis & Modeling: Analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and develop predictive models to support business objectives.

• Business Intelligence (BI) Tools: Utilize BI tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) to build and manage dashboards, visualizations, and reports that make data accessible and actionable for stakeholders.

• Database Querying: Write and optimize SQL queries to retrieve, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple relational databases.

• Collaboration: Work with product managers, business analysts, and engineering teams to align data initiatives with business goals. Communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and effective manner.

• Data Quality & Documentation: Maintain high data quality standards and ensure comprehensive documentation for all data processes, models, and transformations.


Qualifications:


• Experience: 3-4 years of experience in a data science, data analysis, or similar role.

• Data Manipulation: Strong understanding of data massaging, cleaning, and transformation processes.

• Technical Skills:

• Proficient in SQL for database querying.

• Experience with Python or R for data analysis and modeling.

• Proficiency in using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to generate actionable insights.

• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey data insights clearly and effectively.


Preferred Qualifications:


• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Experience with version control (e.g., Git).

• Exposure to machine learning algorithms and libraries.
