This role focuses on delivering large-scale ERP transformations, business process re-engineering, and solution architecture for global Fortune 500 clients.You’ll work closely with top executives, industry experts, and technology specialists to drive digital transformation strategies and implement SAP S/4 HANA platforms across multiple industries.Key ResponsibilitiesLead SAP S/4 HANA ERP-enabled business design, value assessments, and process improvements .Act as a Functional Solution Architect for end-to-end RFPs and client solutions.Partner with clients to scope requirements, define use cases, and create SAP roadmaps.Design and deliver innovative SAP solutions leveraging advanced ERP capabilities.Support business development with proposals, solution plans, and delivery approaches.Drive large-scale transformation & implementation engagements across industrial verticals.Collaborate with global teams and manage key onshore/offshore stakeholders.Your Experience Counts7–15 years of SAP S/4 HANA (MM/SD/PP/QM/EWM/IBP) delivery experience.MBA from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 Business School is required.Experience in 4–5 large-scale SAP implementations / transformation programs .Proven track record of working as Solution / Functional Architect in 4–5 RFPs.Strong client-facing experience in at least 5–6 major engagements .Industry experience in manufacturing, industrial products, logistics, or related verticals preferred.Excellent project management, stakeholder handling, and communication skills.Bring Your Skills ForwardProblem-solving and analytical thinking.Strong presentation & public speaking skills.Cross-cultural competence in global client environments.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven consulting environment .Why Join Our Client?Salary up to ₹40 LPA + 30% Variable .Work on transformative projects with global Fortune 500 clients .Exposure to cutting-edge technologies & digital transformation programs .International, multicultural, and collaborative work environment.Extensive learning & career development opportunities with structured training.Opportunity to co-create with leaders in consulting, strategy, and technology .
