Job Responsibility
1. Budgeting and Cost Monitoring:-
Compilation of budgeting data and of all the cost elements, like FCC, VCC, Manpower cost before the beginning of the Financial Year with preparation of report of actual incurrence at defined periodicity
Product Costing:- Strict monitoring and report preparation of VC-wise actual cost with theoretical cost and monthly reconciliation of material consumption, theoretical vs. actual- pin-pointing the difference.
2. Quarterly cost release and Facilitating updation of Transfer Pricing
Follow diligently the process of Quarterly cost release activity.
Transfer cost updation in system
Updation of conversion cost-EPOCH based.
Timely updation of all the required information.
3. Inventory Management
Monitoring inventory on weekly basis and inform management about Dead Stock and items having potential risk of write-off.
Preparation of age-wise analysis report and giving report to management of stock availability in no. of days terms.
Managing inventory within budgetary parameters.
4. Helping business in Financial decision
Providing relevant data as per financial methodology to evaluate make or buy decision
Will be a valuable member for a CFT constituted at Plant where Financial acumen is sought.

Head-Plant Finance Head
Reporting of daily activities and any deviation from process.
Business Partnering –with shop persons
Establishing close coordination with his/her peer position at shops and understanding shop issues and suggesting for improvement as well as prevention of wastage of resources.
Shops –Business analyst
To act as CFO of one/ two shops in the Plant and sharing monthly performance report of that shop to enable shop persons to evaluate implication of their actions in financial terms.
Corporate Business Planning
Having close coordination with his corporate counterpart and ensuring smooth flow of information –both to and fro.
Internal Audit
Providing data and execute the recommendation duly agreed by Management
GDC and Indirect taxation.
Day to day contact with these functions to have smooth running of the Plant and resolution of taxation and payment issue.
Product Line Finance
For any new product introduction case while releasing of cost, maintaining appropriate liaison with product line team
External
Statutory Audit & Cost Audit
Coordination with Statutory/ Cost Auditors and provide all the data/ information as per the requirement.

- Education : CA (Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant, additional qualification on CS, preferable)
- Relevant Experience : Fresh/ 3- to 5 years of experience in business finance domain in Automobile OEM/ Aviation/Heavy Industries.
