With PROSOL, enterprises can achieve a golden record, tailored to their specific workflow processes, which integrates plant integrity assurance within their existing applications.Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Plant Maintenance (CMMS Engineer) professional with expertise in managing master data sets, interpreting P&ID, and collecting data from specification sheets, engineering drawings, and manuals. The ideal candidate will have experience in PM creation within SAP, report development, data issue troubleshooting, and material analysis. A strong knowledge of mechanical (rotating and static), instrumentation, and electrical equipment is essential.Responsibilities: Minimum 2 to Maximum 8 Years’ experience in SAP PM Module and Plant MaintenanceCreating and maintaining bills of materials and product configurations for new product development and existing production-released productIdentify the list of parts, items, assemblies, subassemblies, intermediate assemblies, documents, drawings, and other materials required to create a productKnowledge of Reliability and Asset Management is PreferableKnowledge of Mechanical (Rotating & Static), Instrumentation & Electrical Equipment.Knowledge of setting up Functional location, Equipment master, PM/PDM Plan, Job task & Spare parts in SAPMaterial Cataloguing, Data cleansing, standardization, enrichment, and de-duplication, create/updating master data in SAP-MDG is preferableClassifying the materials according to the Data DictionaryAnalyzing the Data - Standardization of Spares Data-Assign Noun/Modifier to the existing materials -e- cataloguing-Data CleansingDuplicate resolution of the existing itemsMeetings with client discussion and following their suggestion about Material CataloguingResponsible for coordinating all aspects of material flow and part delivery within the organizationCapable of training and leading teams for ERP Maintenance and Materials data preparation and Performing Data Analysis for gap identification in the system.Capable of understanding current methodologies, Tools, Techniques, and related Industrial standardsData Enrichment based on supplier and manufacturer details by referring to reference documents, open details via Weblink, and focusing material data integrityRequired Other Skills:Good Communication and Aptitude skills.Good knowledge of CMMSAbility to present good progress reports as desired in each project.Strong in MS ExcelKnowledge of SAP PM is an added advantageRequire good Individual contributor and team management capabilities.Education: UG/PG/Diploma in BE (Mechanical), BE (Electrical or Instrument) or any other related fieldIndustry: Information TechnologyLocation: Chennai and OmanYear of Experience: 2 - 8 YearsJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: Market standard salary (The salary range may vary as per the candidate's skills, experience and knowledge)Benefits: Competitive salaryComprehensive health benefits packageFlexible work scheduleProfessional development opportunitiesCollaborative and inclusive work environment
