The VP/SVP – Investment Banking (Pharma & Healthcare) will be responsible for originating, executing, and managing investment banking transactions within the Pharma, Healthcare, and Life Sciences sectors. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry relationships, strategic understanding of the sector, and proven experience in M&A, Private Equity, and Capital Market transactions. Develop a strong deal pipeline aligned with the firm’s investment banking strategy. Lead end-to-end execution of transactions including M&A, private equity fund-raises, IPOs, QIPs, and structured finance deals. Manage due diligence, valuation, financial modeling, and preparation of pitch materials, IMs, and transaction documents. Coordinate with legal, tax, and regulatory advisors to ensure smooth deal closure. Financial & Strategic Goals Strengthen Systematix’s brand equity within the Pharma & Healthcare ecosystem.
