We are seeking an experienced Java Lead to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Java 11 & 17, Spring Boot (2.x and 3.x), and hands-on expertise with Azure Cloud Services and integrations. As a Java Lead, you will be responsible for designing and leading the development of scalable microservices, ensuring robust performance, and implementing cloud-native solutions. You will also play a key role in the architecture and implementation of event-driven systems, caching solutions, and containerized applications in a modern CI/CD pipeline environment.

Job Description:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software development with at least 3-4 years in a leadership position.
  • Hands-on experience with Java 11 & 17, Spring Boot, and Azure Cloud technologies.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing microservices and cloud-native applications.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Certifications in Azure and Kubernetes .
  • Experience with advanced DevOps tools and practices.
  • Familiarity with serverless architectures in Azure.
