We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Ab Initio Data Engineer with hands-on experience in managing data flows, batch processing, and data integration mechanisms. Role: Ab Initio Data Engineer
Location: Chennai/Bangalore
Experience: 5+ Years of total experience (minimum 3.5 years of relevant experience).
️ Work Mode: Hybrid
Candidates who are immediate joiners or can join within 15 days are preferred.

Assessment Link: Key Responsibilities:
Data Flow Management: Design, develop, and maintain batch flows and continuous data flows for efficient data processing and integration.
Data Integration: Work with various data transmission mechanisms such as MQ, XCOM, API, Database, and FTP to integrate disparate data sources.
File Handling: Process and manage different types of files (e.g., JSON, XML, CSV, Excel) to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Data Model Design: Design and implement data models to support business requirements and ensure optimal data structure and performance.
Agile Development: Participate in Agile methodologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop data solutions.
Mentorship & Coaching: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, helping them grow their skills and ensuring high-quality code delivery.
System Design & Architecture: Design solutions using ICFF principles for building robust and scalable data architectures.
✨ What We're Looking For:
Expertise in batch flows , file handling (JSON, XML, CSV, Excel).
Strong Unix and SQL skills for system-level data manipulation and querying.
Hands-on experience with generic graphs , psets , PDLs , meta-programming , and BRE (Business Rule Engine) .
Ability to troubleshoot complex data-related challenges and deliver optimal solutions.
Proven experience mentoring junior team members and driving quality outcomes.
Familiarity with ICFF concepts and experience in integration mechanisms like MQ, XCOM, API, FTP .
Agile working experience, including sprint planning and iterative development.

Experience with continuous data flows and real-time services .
Advanced knowledge in scheduler control centers and job scheduling.
Strong expertise in scalable data model design and system integration .
