Position: Talent Manager-Influencers Marketing
Location: Remote
Experience Required: 6 Months to 1.5 years
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with Instagram influencers, content creators, and
celebrities.
● Need to manage creator’s day to day brand queries and keep them updated regarding all collabs
and mails.
● Reach out to different brands for our exclusively managed creators to increase the collabs.
● Negotiate contracts and ensure seamless collaborations with talents and creators.
● Onboard 20 creators within the first 15 days from the starting date.
● Ensure all onboarding processes are streamlined, including contracts, orientation, and necessary
paperwork.
Qualifications:
● At least 6 months to 1 year experience in brand management, talent management, or
influencer partnerships, preferably within the creator economy.
● Strong understanding of Influencer marketing and brand collaboration.
● Can work in a fast paced environment.
Salary : Rs 2.4 LPA to 3.6 LPA
