Role: Guidewire PolicyCenter Business Analyst Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week) Contract Duration: Long Term Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri) Location: Hybrid - Pune, India (3x days onsite/week in India) We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong experience in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance to support the Guidewire PolicyCenter Production Support team. This role focuses on monitoring incidents/requests, analyzing system issues, supporting workflows, and partnering with IT and business teams to ensure stable, efficient policy administration processes. perform root cause analysis and recommend improvements. Support UAT planning, test case development, execution, and signoff. Ensure solutions improve operational efficiency and align with insurance business processes. Build strong relationships with business users to understand needs and support ongoing enhancements. 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in Commercial P&C Insurance . ~ Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter (highly preferred). ~ Strong knowledge of policy administration systems and integration with external systems. ~ Proficiency writing BRDs/FRDs, user stories, process flows, and data rules. ~ Experience working in Agile/Iterative environments with SDLC & PMLC understanding. ~ Experience using tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and UI mockup tools.
