Title: Capability Lead – DatabricksLocation: Hyderabad, Bangalore and ChennaiEmployment Type: Full-time, Leadership RoleAbout the Role We’re seeking a visionary Capability Lead – Databricks to join our Data business leadership team. This strategic role is focused on building and scaling our Databricks capability, driving technical excellence, and delivering high-impact data and AI/ML solutions. You’ll collaborate with clients, delivery teams, and technology partners to shape our Lakehouse strategy and lead innovation across engagements.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and enhance Databricks-based offerings, accelerators, and reusable frameworksLead solution architecture for proposals, RFPs, and strategic pursuitsProvide technical oversight on Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, MLflow, and Structured StreamingGuide delivery teams on best practices, CI/CD, and performance optimizationBuild and mentor a high-performing Databricks talent poolPartner with sales and pre-sales to position Databricks solutionsDrive thought leadership through whitepapers, blogs, and innovation initiativesWhat We’re Looking For12–15 years in Data Engineering, Analytics, or AI/ML3–5 years of hands-on experience with DatabricksDeep expertise in Spark, Delta Lake, Python/Scala, SQL, and orchestration toolsExperience with MLOps, Unity Catalog, Feature Store, and model lifecycle managementFamiliarity with Azure, AWS, or GCP integrations and BI toolsStrong background in solution architecture, presales, and stakeholder engagementGCP/AWS/Azure certifications preferredExcellent communication and leadership skillsPrior experience in IT consulting or technology servicesWhy Join Us?
