Shift: 2 PM – 11 PM (Fixed) Working Days: 5 Days (Monday to Friday OR Wednesday to Sunday) – Flexibility Required Location: Dwarka, Delhi (Work from Office) AIG Healthcare is expanding its US Accounting and RCM Finance team. We are looking for CMA-qualified professionals who are interested in building a long-term career in US Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Healthcare RCM Finance. CMA (India) completed or pursuing, with strong accounting fundamentals Interested in US Accounting and Healthcare Finance Comfortable with 2 PM – 11 PM shift Willing to work 5 days a week with flexibility in weekly offs Support US Accounting team in month-end closing, reconciliations, and reporting Work on US-based clients and healthcare accounting processes Maintain books, journals, ledgers, AR/AP entries, and financial accuracy Ensure compliance with US GAAP-based workflows (training will be provided) Participate in ongoing training for skill enhancement Structured training in US Accounting and Healthcare Finance Clear growth path in US Accounting, FP&A, RCM Finance, and US GAAP Opportunity to work with experienced US clients and financial teams Stable five-day workweek
