Commercial Lead, Latin America (“LATAM”) will be responsible for building profitable sales through expansion into LATAM. This position is to work in conjunction with our existing and new partners to develop and achieve sales objectives, manage budgets, prepare and execute product programs, assess competitive environments and analyze/evaluate results by brand.

Responsible for overall P&L (Sales & Margin)
• Assist in developing local marketing and customer execution plans with partners
• Effectively communicate key commercial plans and initiatives to partners providing training as needed
• Review and evaluate performance in achieving sales and execution objectives for each country that are clearly quantified, mutually agreed upon and effectively measured
• Market analysis, namely potential of specific products, market characteristics (tender, reimbursement, private), determining approach to entry and commercial policy
• Identification of potential partners, preparing of the commercial offers, and contract negotiation
• Co-operate with Legal in agreements’ preparation (CDA, Supply and Distribution, Terms Sheets, Agency, POA etc.)
• Setting the yearly sales targets and longer-term plans and controlling their execution
• Being a main contact point for customers, including the coordination of registration process and other necessary activities to start export sales
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
Minimum 7–10 years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry, and within the LATAM region
