We are focused in technology innovation to accelerate the digital transformation of our customers, end users with a modern process driven development cycle ensuring high quality and scalable solutions that is compliant, secure, high performance and reliable.Minimum 5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experienceInvolved in at least 1 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementationDeep understanding of legal & regulatory compliance in HCM systemsAct as a subject matter expert throughout the end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion implementation lifecycle.Successfully delivered Global Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects across multiple geographies, including APAC/China and North America regions.Conduct design workshops for Oracle HCM Security and work closely with client stakeholders and internal teams.Proficient in Oracle HCM Security setup:Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)Custom security profiles and criteriaCore HR, Recruitment, Talent, Benefits, Absence & Payroll module securityHands-on experience with:User and Role Access ManagementHDL (HCM Data Loader) for Users and RolesSegregation of Duties (SoD)Advanced Access Controls & Advanced Transaction ControlsHCM Business Object Audits, PII data security, and compliance trackingAccess Certifications and Advanced Access RequestsDevelop Security & Validation Strategy Plans aligned with regulatory and compliance standards.Knowledge and practical experience in:Oracle IDCS and Cloud Identity Administration (Good to have)Oracle HCM Design Studio and Page ComposerQuarterly patch updates and lifecycle methodology for HCM Fusion projectsOracle Redwood design principlesProven ability to:Capture business requirements effectivelyCommunicate and collaborate with IT, HR teams, and executive leadershipWork independently and manage tasks with minimal supervisionSKILLS: Oracle HCM Cloud , oracle Fusion, HDL data loads, SoDFrontend Arts is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
