Position Overview: Vice President – Finance
The VP – Finance will lead the company's finance functions, overseeing Accounts, Treasury, Taxation, Payroll, Project & Corporate Finance. Key responsibilities include capital raising (debt, equity, mezzanine), IPO readiness, M&A, and strategic financial planning for renewable energy and infrastructure projects. Acting as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board, the role emphasizes governance, compliance, and capital efficiency to support growth through innovative financing.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Finance & Fundraising: Lead project finance for renewable energy (Solar, Wind, BESS) and infrastructure; manage funding strategies, negotiate financing agreements, and build relationships with banks, DFIs, and capital markets. Oversee IPO processes and M&A activities.
Financial Planning & Governance: Develop financial models, forecasts, and maintain aligned capital structures. Oversee MIS, investor relations, and ensure compliance with governance standards.
Treasury, Accounts, Taxation & Payroll: Manage cash flows, hedging, forex, taxation (Income Tax, GST,
