Infinite Convergence Solutions is looking for an experienced Senior Technical Managers in Telecom Domain to join our growing Network Mobile Solution team to lead and architect system requirements for next gen mobile experiences. The Network Mobile Solutions team is a collaborative team of energized software engineers working on cutting-edge technology, who enjoy the challenges of defining and creating new messaging products. The candidate for this role should have a passion for solving technical and business challenges. You will work with a collaborative team of architects and engineers and will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in solving our customer’s toughest challenges, while working on the latest technologies learning new technologies, tool, and languages.
Required Technical Skills
Strong experience in C++/ Java Programming.
Experience in Linux, extensively worked on designing, implementing, and debugging Linux server applications. Performance analysis, core dump analysis, log tracing, etc.
Experience in Telecom domain is preferable.
Working knowledge of AWS and OpenStack platforms.
Basic knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm deployment.
Experience working in Agile/ Scaled Agile environments.
Responsibilities
Manage a team of talented Developers, Leads and Architects contributing to the Telecom Messaging products development.
Technically savvy having experience in building Telecom/Enterprise products using one of the Cloud service providers and Containers platforms,
Provide technical supervision to the team.
Talent acquisition - hire highly competent Engineers to deliver on the Product roadmaps.
Talent Management - mentor and coach the teams and provide career path and learning & development opportunities.
Actively engage with partners and customers in technical discussions, support, and contribute to product improvement and innovation.
Soft Skills:
Data analytical, thinking, and troubleshooting skills.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to solve complicated technical issues, understand risks prior to the occurrence.
Collaboration and team skills.
Strong Agile Project Management skills.
Experience: - 10-15 Years
Work Location: - Bangalore
Education:- B.Tech /BE/ M.Tech/ ME/ MS (CS, Electronics & Communications, Telecom).
