Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Go-to-Market (GTM) Manager with 7+ years of experience in in the analytics or technology space.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies, and driving revenue growth initiatives.
As a GTM Manager at WNS Analytics, you will play a key role in shaping our strategic direction for our productised services, collaborating with sales, marketing, operations and product team, and ensuring that our analytics solutions meet the needs of customers across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Go-to-Market Strategy Development:
Lead the development of end-to-end GTM strategies for WNS Analytics’ productised services.
Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to define and execute GTM plans that drive revenue growth and expand market share.
• Market Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Use insights to define target segments and tailor GTM approaches that address market demands effectively.
• Thought Leadership:
Build thought leadership content basis brand communication and strategy. Enable SMEs to craft articles that suit the brand narrative as per business priority.
• Analyst Briefings:
Enable consistent updates to the analyst fraternity.
Design communication and collateral for the interactions so as to precisely communicate the brand narrative.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with senior leadership, product managers, sales teams, and marketing to align on key objectives, go-to-market priorities, and operational execution.
Ensure that there is clear communication and alignment across all functions involved in the GTM process.
• Sales Enablement:
Develop collaterals, GTM presentations and messaging frameworks to support the growth team in delivering impactful communication to drive customer acquisition.
Act as the bridge between services provided and various teams to ensure clarity in offering-positioning.
Qualifications
• Experience:
o 7+ years of experience in a Go-to-Market, or strategy role, preferably in the analytics, technology, or consulting sectors.
o Proven track record of executing GTM strategies, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence.
o Experience with B2 B marketing, and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.
• Industry Knowledge:
o Deep understanding of analytics and data-driven solutions, including AI/ML, Gen AI, business intelligence, and advanced analytics.
o Familiarity with market trends, challenges, and opportunities in key industries such as financial services, insurance, healthcare, travel, retail, and shipping logistics.
• Strategic and Analytical Thinking:
o Ability to think strategically, balancing long-term vision with short-term execution.
o Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions, measure success, and optimize performance.
• Leadership & Collaboration:
o Strong leadership capabilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving consensus across different departments.
o Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and key stakeholders across the business.
• Communication Skills:
o Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas and strategies to internal and external audiences at all levels.
o Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior executives, clients, and partners.
Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
o MBA or other relevant advanced degrees (preferred but not required).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in or with global organizations, understanding the complexities of international markets.
• Familiarity with advanced analytics platforms, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and cloud-based analytics solutions.
• Experience in selling services in analytics space.
• Industry certifications or specialized training in analytics or go-to-market strategy (e.g., Product Management, Business Analytics, Marketing Strategy).
