The Lead Architect will conceptualize and create product architecture for scanner applications within the Computed Tomography business of our organization. Your tasks and responsibilities: Define and drive the architecture of complex software systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. Lead the design and development of applications using C# .NET and modern full-stack development . Provide technical governance for all products, ensuring compliance with architectural standards. Drive test automation strategy across unit, integration, and end-to-end levels in close coordination with Test architect. Ensure coding standards and best practices are followed across development teams. Mentor development teams to implement consistent, high-quality architecture and design. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Conduct architectural reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise standards. Support Agile/Scrum processes and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation. Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience Minimum a bachelor’s degree in science or in a technical field such as electrical engineering, computer science or equivalent. 15+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in architectural roles. Minimum 10 years of experience in a product / systems development environment with a lead technical role and track record of delivering product / systems solutions. Experience in Healthcare and Imaging Prior experience in the development and delivery of applications for CT/console systems Ability to lead multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to changing business needs. Expertise in C# .NET and modern full stack development. Strong command of object-oriented design, SOLID principles, and design patterns. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
