
Director Performance Media

You will drive our full-funnel digital strategy for both paid media and SEO with a focus on acquisition, conversion, and retention. In addition to working with internal cross-functional teams, you will also work with agency partners to ideate and execute campaigns that help fuel our brand expansion, while developing scalable, repeatable strategies to achieve measurable business results.
Strategy, execution, and optimization for paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, display, video, affiliate, and programmatic.
Own and execute a full-funnel SEO strategy (local and national) to increase organic traffic and visibility.
Measure and report on campaign performance data to guide ongoing strategy and drive executive reporting.
Plan and execute A/B testing for key campaigns to improve conversion rates and return.
Collaborate with MarTech, Analytics, Sales, and Web teams to align media and SEO efforts with business priorities.
Manage media agency and other platform partnerships to increase campaign effectiveness.
Stay on top of digital trends, changes to platforms and algorithms to ensure competitive advantage is maintained.
Coordinate digital strategy with key brand moments, seasonal initiatives, and new product launches.
7+ years of experience working in paid media and SEO, ideally in a multi-location or franchise business.
~ A track record of success driving performance marketing efforts for digital channels.
~ Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs), Google Analytics, and media buying platforms.
~ Experience working with CRM/CDP platforms (HubSpot required; Quantitative analytical mindset with hands-on experience using BI tools (Tableau, DOMO) to execute campaigns.
~ Experience working in a membership-based or wellness-focused business is a plus.
