Role Overview
As a Fashion Consultant, you will be more than a salesperson — you will be a style advisor and brand ambassador . You'll curate an elevated shopping experience, guiding clients in selecting footwear and accessories that complement their wardrobe while representing the sophistication of Luxoro Formello.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage clients, providing personalized style consultation.
- Share the Luxoro Formello story and highlight craftsmanship details.
- Achieve sales targets through effective client service and product knowledge.
- Maintain showroom presentation and ensure a premium retail atmosphere.
- Build long-term client relationships with follow-ups and invitations to new collections.
What We're Looking For
- 1–4 years of retail experience in luxury or premium fashion (Zara, Aldo, Steve Madden, Charles & Keith, etc. preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English (Hindi is an advantage).
- Well-groomed, confident, and passionate about fashion & styling.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with discerning clientele.
- Prior experience in South Delhi luxury retail is an added advantage.
