The company is young, dynamic, and ambitious, seeking a passionate marketing leader to build its brand and scale its consumer base.Role Overview:The company is looking for a Head of Marketing with strong B2 C experience to lead all marketing efforts focused on brand building and consumer acquisition. This leadership role involves shaping and executing the marketing strategy to establish a strong brand presence and drive growth in a competitive fintech market.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy to create a differentiated market presence.- Lead consumer marketing initiatives aimed at driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention.- Oversee all marketing channels including digital, social media, events, PR, and influencer partnerships.- Collaborate with product, growth, and data teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team as the company scales.- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.- Manage marketing budgets effectively and report on key performance metrics to senior leadership and investors.Qualifications:- 10-12 years of marketing experience with a proven track record in B2 C marketing, preferably within fintech, BFSI, or consumer technology sectors.- Demonstrated success in brand building and scaling consumer brands.- Hands-on expertise in digital marketing, brand communications, PR, and performance marketing.- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.- Data-driven and analytical with excellent decision-making capabilities.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with a hands-on approach.- Willingness to work from the Bellandur office in Bangalore; remote work is not offered.Why Join?- Opportunity to work with a dynamic and passionate team backed by leading investors.- A chance to shape the marketing strategy and brand identity of a high-growth fintech startup.- Collaborative and transparent work culture.- Competitive compensation and benefits.Budget: upto-80-85lacs
