Network Engineer

We are looking for a Networking Engineer (L1/L2)to join our growing team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in switching, routing, SD-WAN , and other enterprise networking solutions. You will be responsible for supporting, implementing, and troubleshooting customer networks to ensure high availability and performance.
Provide L1/L2 level support for network operations across switching, routing, firewall, and SD-WAN technologies.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network incidents within SLA timelines.
Assist in network configuration, deployment, and upgrades for customer environments.
Work on LAN/WAN, VPN, wireless networks, and data center connectivity .
Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, network diagrams, and incident reports.
Required Skills & Experience:
Hands-on experience with SD-WAN solutions (Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, or equivalent).
Exposure to firewalls, VPNs, and network security concepts.
Certifications such as CCNA / CCNP / NSE / equivalent will be an added advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
~2–5 years of relevant experience in network support and implementation.
