Now, we’re looking for someone who’s ready to lead that future.Your Role: Lead Verification EngineerYou’ll be a technical anchor in our Verification team, taking charge of critical SoC/ASIC projects, driving verification strategy, and mentoring engineers.What You'll Do- Lead and execute complex ASIC/SoC verification projects- Design and develop verification environments using System Verilog and UVM- Translate specs into robust verification plans- Drive functional and gate-level simulation, debug failures, and ensure quality- Work with protocols like PCIe, Ethernet, USB, AXI, DDR, AMBA, RISC-V, etc.- Perform coverage analysis and regression setup- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead by exampleWhat We’re Looking For- 8+ years of hands-on verification experience- Solid understanding of ASIC design flow and verification methodologies- Strong command over SV, UVM, and simulation/debugging tools- Proven track record of executing at least 2 SoC verification projects- Bonus: Experience with formal verification, power-aware simulations, or mixed-signal verification- A proactive mindset and a passion for mentorshipWhy Join eInfochips?- Work on cutting-edge chip designs with global clients- Be part of a collaborative, growth-driven engineering culture- Access to continuous learning and leadership opportunities- Join a company backed by Arrow Electronics, a Fortune 500 tech leaderReady to take the lead?Send your resume to and step into a career-defining role.
