Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Operations for Fresher Only, located in Mumbai at Flickstree.

The Product Operations Executive will be responsible for tasks such as testing, creating relevant content for the product, managing day-to-day operations, providing support to the customers, resolving queries, coordinating with the development team to resolve bugs during testing, and other relevant tasks around the product.


Qualifications:

  • Assist in the coordination and monitoring of operational activities.
  • Support daily operations Maintain accurate records of processes, documentation, and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational goals.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate them to relevant teams when needed.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest process improvements.
  • Ensure timely communication.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer, or related field
  • Freshers or Maximum 1 year experience candidates only apply.
