Job Summary
As a Business Development Intern at Anzy Global, you will support the Business Development
team in identifying and engaging with potential clients, expanding our client base, and
contributing to business growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on
experience in B2B sales, client relationship management, and strategic market analysis within
the recruitment industry.
Key Responsibilities
● Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients in
the recruitment and talent acquisition sectors.
● Assist in lead generation through online research, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and
email campaigns.
● Support the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and reports.
● Collaborate with the Business Development team to manage and track sales pipelines.
● Assist in maintaining client databases and CRM systems.
● Participate in client meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.
● Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and recruitment services to identify growth
opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications
● Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Excellent research and analytical skills.
● Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
● Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
