Position: People Growth PartnerLocation: Juinagar, Navi Mumbai (Work from Office)Employment Type: Full-timeWorking Days: Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)About the RoleWe are looking for a driven HR professional who thrives on finding and onboarding the right talent. You’ll handle the entire recruitment process end-to-end —from understanding team requirements to ensuring smooth onboarding. This role is perfect for someone who loves interacting with people, enjoys challenges, and wants to directly contribute to company growth. As the company expands, additional HR responsibilities may be added , giving you the opportunity to grow into a broader HR role.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle : sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.Work closely with department heads to define role requirements and draft job descriptions.Source potential candidates using multiple channels — LinkedIn, job portals, college tie-ups, and referrals.Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interview rounds with hiring managers.Manage candidate communication, offer negotiation, and joining formalities.Maintain and update hiring trackers, ensuring timely closure of open roles.Build a talent pipeline for future hiring and internship programs.Partner with colleges and institutions for fresher and intern hiring.Support general HR operations such as maintaining employee databases and onboarding activities.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.3-5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment , preferably in a startup or tech environment.Excellent communication, organization, and people skills.Familiarity with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).A proactive, adaptable attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.What You’ll GetOwnership of the hiring process and direct impact on team building.Exposure to a variety of roles and departments.Opportunity to expand into broader HR responsibilities over time.A collaborative, learning-driven, and growth-oriented work environment.How to ApplyIf you’re passionate about hiring and want to be part of a growing team, send your updated resume and a brief note about your experience to with the subject line: Application for People Growth Partner
